The different training speeds have been coupled to the anaerobic
threshold. We can for this reason rather well to stipulate
by means of this 6.2 miles (10km) time what the feasible times are on the other
distances. Applies of course, however, that it has been performed there for the
longer distances also sufficient duration training.
After choice
6.2 miles (10km) time it is possible to change the times
with the scroll-knob or
scroll-arrow.
Remark
In 15 / 16.1 km and 20 / running speed 21.1 km take the sometimes
rather off. This is correct: 15 / 20 km time is rounded down, the
16.1 / 21. 1 km time up.
