After approximately your thirtieth birthday your
physical capacities decrease slowly. This is especially the case at the
speed and explosively. But however the duration capacity decreases very
gradually. At those whom regularly continue train this reverse gear is
only very small. THE WAVA (World Association of Veteran Athletes) have
established age correction tables. Below two calculators to compare your
races on older age with the times which you ran as youngster.
It is also possible to compare times with youngster. In the first column
type you yourself current time. In second column the time appears which
you could have run for your thirtieth.
